I have used the product Fluticasone Propionate nasal spray manufactured by APOTEX INC.it has caused me to have a deviated septum in my nasal cavity.Can I be compensated for it ?

Is that your opinion or did a doctor tell you that?

Can I be compensated for it ?

You would have to show that some sort of product defect in the nasal spray caused the deviated septum.

Or that a doctor committed malpractice by prescribing it to you.

A brief look on the internet indicates that the spray rarely even causes swelling much less a deviated septum.

Get checked out by an ENT before you jump to conclusions.
