You would have to show that some sort of product defect in the nasal spray caused the deviated septum. Or that a doctor committed malpractice by prescribing it to you. A brief look on the internet indicates that the spray rarely even causes swelling much less a deviated septum. Get checked out by an ENT before you jump to conclusions.
