I am a medical doctor licensed in the state of PA. I have recently got a job in Missouri and am preparing to obtain a medical license for MO. I was involved in a domestic issue, but the case was dismissed on the day of the hearing, and my arrest record and all pertaining info was expunged (I was not convicted of anything ). I understand I have to disclose the arrest info on my application. I fear I may be denied a license..can that happen?
