I hope this is a simple question and someone can answer it for me.
I am required to provide medical insurance coverage for my children in my divorce decree, which I do.
In the past few years, my ex had subsequent children and since there was no additional cost, he added our children to his medical policy.
My question is: Is he required to disclose their medical insurance coverage information to me, as I am required to disclose my coverage to him?
