I received a medical bill at the end of August, 2007 for $364.74 for a date of service in 03/13/06. This is my first statement. What is the limitations on them tyring to collect this from me? Am I still obligated to pay?

Just pay it. The people who created the statute of limitations figured that many people would try to claim it to get out of paying legitimate bills. It will be years before you could use such a defense and only if someone didn't bother trying to collect after the passage of time.
