I filed a mechanics lien in jefferson county kansas, on a property i worked on an didnt get paid in full.what are my oppoins on getting my money?

You have to properly file and serve a mechanics lein and then perfect then lein by a foreclosure action. Everything has to be done in absolute compliance with the statute. Hire an attorney.
