My jurisdiction is: Texas
I want to buy land here in South Texas to build a home, chapel, and family mausoleum. Are there special permits/code/license at the state level, county level or both in order to place a small chapel and mausoleum on private land? I'm unsure if this was the appropropriate forum to post, but since its my first, I thought I give it a shot.
