I'm going threw a tough time and need some help. The wife and i sepperated oct 28,2007. She has served me with custody papers 2 weeks later and recently with Emergency custody papers. I have contacted ohio legal aid (where i live now) 8 times, today finally get to talk to a lawyer. Which he says i have to get a maryland lawyer. Well i need to have a written response in by dec 6,2007 Maryland legal aid only takes in new clients on mondays, so nov 26. I am in a bind should i write my own response, go with md legal aid, or get my own counsel. Which the last one i cant afford. how do i write up my own response?
To many things have happened, there is way to much involved to type here.
