K Visa Married while Pregnant

Im an illigal alien and i have been goin out wit my boyfriend for 2 years.. I am 5 months pregnant and have insurance to cover my prenatal expenses, If we were to get married now how would that affect my insurance??? As my boyfriend has no insurance does tat mean we d have to pay alot of money to have baby?
I need some answers please id appreciate it
