I understand your point, but the difference with the legal profession is that lawyers aren't paid to give customer service. They give thier legal advice to you for a price. If they just answered everyone's questions over the phone for free they would never make a living!

The forum is to share ideas and maybe point people in the correct direction. We are not here to undermine Lawyers and give out all the secrets of the trade.

As for the quote:

I have been in business a long time and give out as little as possible and give customer service to my customers as "customers" I mean people that give me money.
