The property is in Indian River county I live in Columbia county. My home was foreclosed on Nov 2013 I moved out Jan 2009 they said they were taking home back but took that long to act. Mortgage co is Taylor Bean Whitaker who has filed bankruptcy and is now coming after me for a deficiency judgment. They did a search and found way out dated info on properties I had owned back to 1995 that were sold or foreclosed on. They also found an RV that was a repo in 2014. I have nothing left NO savings, stocks or bonds, no property other than homestead mobile, no income only social security which is below poverty (with My wife included). They keep coming even though know all of this, court date is April 2 2015. My refi in 2004 was to repay me for the addition, metal roof, insulated windows I did with my money not from increase in value from economy. I did not foreclose due to upside down but lost job and everything else. They sent me a 1099 in Nov of 2013 then a 1099c in Feb 2015 base value went down from 2013 to 2015. Can they get a judgment with a cancellation of debt 1099c? What will a judgment mean? Thank you
