Myself and four other individuals were arrested on charges of manufacturing meth. The police searched the dwelling and found nothing then proceeded into the woods and off the property 25 yards and found chemicals used to manufacture meth. My question is can i be convicted for something found across the property line of where i was arrested

So, you plead not guilty, avoid the other lads, keep your mouth closed, ask for a lawyer (or hire your own), do as the lawyer instructs, and wait.
