Hello I have a question about ownership of a manufacture home that I purchased.
I have a bill of sale with the clean title to the home in my name been here since 2017 and recently got a Letter from the old owner that I purchased from
After no contact in over a year. Wanting more money and the home back....its in my name is this something I should worry about??

You have nothing to worry about until such time as he sues you for more money or to get the home back. Iowa has a five year statute of limitation (SOL) to sue for a verbal contract and a ten year SOL for a written contract. But to win he'd need to prove you breached the contract. What is the reason he says you owe him more money or should get the home back?

What about the land the trailer is on. Did you get it titled as well?
