Been receiving harassing letters from the lawyers since 2009 received copies of a judgement obtain in court.
I've been harassed by the company and the attorneys they've threatened to garnish my wages and they have garnish my wages.
I was bullied into payment arrangements. I can't afford to pay but don't want my wages garnished again. Help!!

If they got a court judgment against you, they are owed the amount of the judgment. You need to work with them on a payment arrangement or they can generally garnish wages.

I don't know how much you owe but bankruptcy "might" be a consideration.

Check into a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Talk to some bankruptcy lawyers in your county.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy will fix your mess, as well as the judgment.
