Iv asked my ex since 2006 for his income statement so i could get an increase in child support.. he kept delaying then he finally gave me his 2005 2006 2007 income returns but would not give me the proper child support increase .. he wrot me a letter and dated it 2006....it stated he would increase it to 1200 instead of the legal table amount of 1500. im going to have to back to court but would these income statements and the dated letter be enough proof for the courts to go retro active to 2006

Go to court - you need to do this anyways. They will handle the matter appropriately. Good luck.
