If the child lives out of state with the custdotial parent, working full time, attending college part time (age 18), and had a child of their own, does the the custodial parent still get the child support?

depends what the court papers say on when support is to stop but college and a baby do not automatically emancipate a child. If the court papers specifically say support continues into college enrollment or completion then it might be owed.

papers say age 18 or age 23 if a full time college student. The child is not going full time to college, only part time.

So if the child is getting support for the baby and from the state would that make a difference?

no, but you should talk to an attorney. If she is not in college full time you might be able to get it stopped.
