i was born 56 adopted in 58 i need to know if my adoptive parents would of had to have referees/guarantors as they did when they adopted my brother in 63. as i don't have any could that mean one of them is a real parent. there is good reason for me thinking this way i would be very grateful for any help.

I don't know how many people would have, or be able to find, that information. Have you tried a consult with an adoption attorney in your area? You might try the local department of human services as well, or an adoption agency. If you provide your state or the state of your adoption, I'll try to find something, but I think you'll have more luck with an attorney in your area.
