My aunt recently passed away. As far as I know, she left her estate to me. There are two nieces, one of which I think may contest the will. I do not know why my aunt chose me to be her beneficiary but maybe it is because my wife and I have been taking of her for approx. six years. We have not in any way influenced her but I have reason to think that one of the nieces thinks that we have. My aunt made her will out approx. four years before we began taking care of her.
My question is, would the niece be able to successfully contest the will? She has had no contact with the deceased for approx. six years.
