Well I live in another state but the 17 year old I was "dating" (we never met in real life) we only texted and talked on the phone for a year and couple months. Well I found out she was cheating and I wanted answers so I talked to her friends and but by bit I got answers. (Using fake profiles) well I got a call today from her and she said she was recording it and I said okay. Then we talked I could tell I was on speaker I heard her mom in the background. She has sent me topless photos and insist to her parents the only reason she stayed with me was because I told her once when I was angry that if she was cheating on me I'd post them online. Well I was talking out of anger of course and I never would disrespect a woman like that. She was referring to the pictures on the phone but did not say they were "pornographic" she just stated
"The photos" well she told me no more acting like her to get info and no more contacting her I of course agreed and said we will never talk again I am done. I said bye and that was the end of that. Well I am trying to figure out what they can try and do with our phone conversation? Like hat kind of trouble they can possibly try to get me in living clear across the country from one another? I don't have any pics of her I have deleted everything a while ago. I don't know if they are going to do anything but her friend sent me a message saying have a nice life in prison. If she sent me the pictures willing didn't she commit a crime as well by producing "child porn"? I really need some advice I am over the age of 18

Nothing sent on or over the Internet is ever deleted.
Google cache, "way back machine".
But, you don't know if she was real.
She may have been with PERVERTED JUSTICE.
Google it.
She may have been HE, or SHE, undercover cop, or federal agent.
You are in a very tough place.
I've heard that some people in tough places DESTROY equipment.
But, there still trails tat can lead THEM to YOU.

Thank army judge for your reply I understand I am in a tough spot but since she produced the "pictures" she also can get into trouble yes? That's what I've been reading online. A lawyer told me since we are so far away they will have to take her out of school and fly me or her to the others state of residence and it will be a huge deal. He said most people just let it go away if they agree to never to talk to each other again. But I also was never for sure of her age I was never friends with her on facebook so I couldn't see her personal info. Couldn't I say she told me she was 18?

You should do what smart criminal defendants do, REMAIN SILENT.
If you're being targeted, they won't be swayed by ANYTHING you say.
However, whatever you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.
Many times these people are undercover police officers, state investigators, or federal agents.
Your best bet is to cease all contact, retain legal counsel, and investigate bail options.
If this is a federal sting, don't worry about them flying "her" anywhere.
She might be Agent Jones, Officer Green, or Deputy Smith.
She could even be a he.
Yes, sending pictures of a sexual nature can be considered a crime.
So, too, is receiving or soliciting those pictures.
You should also cease ALL online conversations immediately.
You don't know, and that's why this is very serious for you.

You could be in "serious" trouble! Cease all contact and get rid of the phone or whatever had/has the pictures. don't worry about her being trouble you stand to lose the most out of this! Just hope she was not part of a sting and this just goes away or you could be facing prison and lifetime registration as sex offender! By the way why would you ask for or encourage a minor to send you nude pics!?
