Locking of storage sheds for late payment

Can I lock out a tenant because of Late rent payment on a storage shed after 15 days in the State of Minnesota?

No, I'd advise using the court system to evict your tenant and collect any unpaid rent(s).

Lock outs and self help end poorly for landlords.

Just don't do it!!!

Take him/her to court!!!
