I am buying a house I hope, can my friend and I form an LLC in the name of a company and have myself and him as trustees or ,members to protect me from old creditors since 1996 debt worth $50,000 caused by my ex husband. to keep creditors from forceing a sale of house and me being thrown out and losing house.
