LCC is dissolved, dissolution agreement splits customers between Partner A and Partner B. Partner A customer does not want to do business with Partner A and contacts Partner B for product. Partner B provides product and now Partner A send a cease and desist letter requests $500 referral fee be paid in 15 days or threatens legal action for breach of contract and future earnings. What should Partner B do and does Partner A actually have any legal grounds to stand on.
