I own 60% of a LLC. None of my own money was put into the LLC. My wife and I are getting a divorce and I want to know if she can put any claims on my share of the LLC. She has had no part of the LLC and her name is not on any paperwork whatsoever. What can I do to keep my share of the LLC protected from her?
