I am a lineal descendant of the Carnegie's, how do I put in a claim of vested interest in the Carnegie Estate/Trust?

You may be a descendant, but that doesn't make you an heir.
If you weren't in their original will, you probably won't get a dime.
If you believe your claim is valid, stop wasting time on free websites, hire yourself a wills & estates attorney.

Clue, Carnegie gave away everything except what he gave to his wife. There is nothing left of his assets. Perhaps you should make your own fortune.
