1996, second trial for capital murder case. Jury decision to pass life without parole. When asked by former Judge whom himself was convicted of a felony while presiding over cases; if there were aggravaters present, jury replied no. How can you be guilty of first degree murder when there are no aggravaters? Any input would be helpful.
