There is a child support lien on jointly owned land (me and my brother). There is also a primary residence on acreage also owned by the debtor...its a 20 acre parcel...can I subdivide in half and have one half solely in my name and one half solely in brother debtors name... ?

No you cannot do anything with this property until the lien is satisfied.

The answer is going to be the same, no matter how many websites you visit and ask the same question.

Your brother needs to pay his child support debt, that is the end of that.
