May someone please help me in this matter. We are a start-up corporation incorportated in the state of Delaware but doing business in New York. The reason we incorporated in Delaware is for tax and anonymity. We also do business under a different name in New York. I wanted to know, other then the business license, should I file a DBA in the state of New York or file as a foreign entity doing business in New York. We also want to conduct business in street fairs, I know that we need a vendors license, but can a corporation file for a vendors license. Thank you
