Thank you for your time. I wanted to ask if a man becomes a doner for a lesbian couple, is he still required to sign the birth certificate or are there documents he can sign saying he declines paternity.

You really should go to a sperm bank. As far as I know there is no way this guy can sign away his rights. You really should speak to an attorney that handles same sex adoptions.
