I am currently 4 months behind on my mortgage. I contactd the lender hoping to make a payment in order to prevent getting any more behind. I was told that it was an all or nothing deal. They won't take a single payment, they demand all the arears. The property is in In. and the mortgage holder is in Fl.. Is this a legal and recognized form of bussiness?
