I have a lein judgement against me and my wages had been garnished. I am starting up a new small business. I want to file bankruptcy. What will happen to my small business? Will I get to keep my business.

Might seem like a silly question, but if you can afford to start a new business...why can't you pay your debts?

And with all due respect, AJ - keeping the business is not guaranteed. Depends entirely on OP's circumstances, the nature of the bankruptcy and a whole heap of other stuff ;)
