Many companies are offering such services as an added Employee Benefit for a monthly premium/fee.
My experience with another such service (major/nationwide service) has not been stellar: while they do provide the basic legal advice one seeks (e.g. my neighbors tree fell on my car. Is he responsible for damages?), complicated/expensive issues are better left to attorneys that someone you personally know can vouch for, or has personally used. I noticed many junior attorneys staffing the legal service provider I used.
