Hi, I was wondering what the legality of photographing individuals in a public place, such as a harbor, park or downtown shopping center is. I understand there's such thing as a "legally recognized individual" (celebrities) which the paprazzi take pictures of all the time, but when it comes to photograph non-celebrity individuals in public, does anyone know the laws and rules? I believe that if it is for sexual gratification purposes, it is illegal. Other than that, I believe it is not.
