Legal Guardianship

Hi, I gave my mother my daughter's legal guardianship around two years ago my daughter is now five, but my mom is planning to go back to Peru maybe for a few months and com back, back and forth, I gave my mom my daughers custody because my mom could put her in her insurance, etc now at my job I am able to give her insurance, would there be any problem on a judge on giving me back my daughter's custody?
