Legal Guardianship over 18 yr old Sister

My sister is 18. She lives with me now. She has ADD. I want to carry her on my insurance so that she can see the doctor @ a resonable price and get the mediactions that she needs in order to function normally. All the information that I can find is becoming a guardian of someone under 18. Anyone know what I can do?

If she's over 18, why not look into her low cost and/or no cost health insurance options? My brother is 19, unmarried, without kids and qualified for share of cost health insurance through Medi-Cal. This varies state to state but looking into it may be beneficial.
