A friend of mine from Afghanistan, obtained forged passport from India where he was a refugee, and used to travel to France from India. He was successful in getting in and out of the airports, then he went to Germany where he first burned the passport, and then applied for asylum in Germany. A few weeks later he was caught for travelling with forged passports, but he didn't get to have an interview, meaning he never said anything, so didn't lie there. He is a criminal in India, but he hasn't lied to Germany, what would likely happen to him, and can he skip the punishment in India by asking to be deported to Syria back.
