   Signed a lease agreement 3 months ago, since found out the item that was delivered to me is not the item listed on the lease agreement. Agreement is for a Nurit 2085- credit card processor --- I have a Hypercom 7Plus processor, is this enough to rescend this agreement?

   It would be enough if the lease agreement does not state that they could replace the agreed product with a similar comparable one. So double check it to see if it specified to one and only one product name or is it subject to change? That is the key.
