Question is, can my ex wifes lawyer still represent her in our post divorce hearings? They have had a personal relationship for over a year, and I have received new correspondence from her lawyer, stating that my ex was forced to retain her lawyer again, when in fact, she speaks with her at almost a few times a week, and has spent holidays with my son at her lawyers home with their family on more than one occasion! Is this legal/ ethical, and is she still allowed to represent her? If it is a violation, Is there a case law that I should look at , that I could present to the judge?
