If I wanted to pursue a lawsuit against the government or other legal entity, is there any program, group, or type of lawyer, I could send my information to about my situation. And if they found my situation might be something they would like to pursue, represent me at no cost to me, but my be beneficial to them. Like how the ACLU represents groups of people but in this case just me.

Sending your information to lawyers and thinking that one might represent you for free is the best way to insure that you don't get a lawyer.

What's beneficial to lawyers is that they get paid for what they do.

You don't work for free, to you?

If you want a lawyer to pursue a lawsuit for you, you make an appointment with a lawyer, go in and discuss your case briefly and he will till you what his rates are and how much of a retainer he wants you to pay before he gets started.

Despite what you see on TV or in the movies, a free lawyer is the rarest of exceptions.
