laws re: who can pick up a child for court ordered visits.

My daughter and her ex are in a custody battle for my 11 year old granddaughter. Father got a court order saying my gd could be picked up by my dh from 9:00am to 5:00pm sat.-sun.Court date is in a few weeks. The father said he would not let me pick up my granddaughter w/o mother present. Mother works on sat. until 1:00pm. There is no reason for his action other than he is not happy about the change in custody. Do I have the legal right to pick up my gd w/o mom present? Order just says mom may have visitation during a certain time. With no restrictions.
