I hold the deed on the property that I reside in but the mortage company has the loan in my sisters name. My credit is shot and I have already filed bankruptcy to save the house. Now I am late on the house payments and the mortgage company is planning to throw my bankruptcy case out next week on May 22 2008 if I can't come up with 12,000 on arrears and mortgage payments.
