Dear Sirs,
Yesterday evening about 7:50 I was on Austin Blvd, Oceanside New York. Austin Blvd is always busy regardless of the hour. I was pulled over, not knowing , why? The officer sited me for changing "lanes" Right Lane to Middle Lane without using my signals. There were other SUV's near my Yukon.
The officer gave me the ticket. First my name is Mark J. Bienstock, not Mark I. Bienstock, which is on the ticket. The color of my SUV is dark Gray, not Tan, which is on my ticket. The SUV I drive is a Yukon , not a Suburban, which is on my ticket.
I in fact used my signal to make the lane change. How do I handle this in court.
I also, received a second ticket for "Unlicensed - Operator". Everything on that ticket is correct. I forgot my license, but am sending in a copy. My driving licernse is clean, I have no prior violations.
