I live in NYC, received a renewal fixed sub-lease for a 1 year on 10/19/2007..i sent i the signed lease plus a deposit..on Nov 15, 07-I received a letter from mgmt company stating landlord is not renewing lease, cause he has that option under normal circumstances...I wasn't planning to leave apt..any feedback for this situation..legal counsel or must I leave at end of lease?
