Landlord in RI

I am a landlord living out of state renting out a house in RI. I want to end my year lease early because we are being transferred back to RI. How do i get my tenants out of my house so i can move back in?

You'll have to give them at least 3 months notice.

Anything you want to offer them to get them to move sooner will help. If they refuse, or they really have nowhere else to go, you need to make sure you adhere to the lease agreement and statutory requirements.
A little extra cash motivates lots of people to cooperate.
