GOT PROPERTY IN 2007 LAND CONRACT MADE BY LAWYER,$10,000 LATER MAN I WAS BUYING PROPERTY DIED NOW I FOUND OUT HE TRANSFERD DEED TO HIS SON SIX MONTHS AGO WEAR DOES THIS LEAVE ME LEGALY:confused:

You have a claim against the man's estate and I would argue against the property. Will the son ratify your contract? Is he still taking payments from you? If so, then just remake the contract with the new owner referencing the old contract. If not, I would file a suit against the son, record a lis pendence against the property, and sue the estate also.

More information will get you a better answer.

Why would you file separately? You are both on the contract, file together. If you do file separately they are just going to consolidate the suits. Then the only reason to file separately is if there is some competing interest between the two of you.
