helo to all
i have a problems about land dispute
i bought it 250,000 peso bill without title but there is a dead of seal
my question is dead of seal is valid documents for ownership of the land ?
if not what can i do?how much could i cost to have an title and what should be the first process to do?please help me

You need to visit your county courthouse ASAP, and see the county clerk or register of deeds.

Inquire as to who owns the property you bought.

Bring your paperwork. From what you say, you might NOT own the property in question.

Otherwise, you might want to visit a local attorney and discuss your issues with him or her. You could have been scammed. If so, the police MIGHT be your only option.
