Kirby cancellation

We financed a kirby, had a second thought and returned the cancellation within the 3 day policy....States they have 10 days to give me back my trade in vacuum which they failed to do. They want to argue with me and try to mail me a check for what it's worth instead. They also keep trying to get be to mail them the kirby when it says I can make it available at my residence and they have 20 business days to pick it up....It's been 13...what do I do

More than likely they've junked your old vacuum cleaner. Bite the bullet, ship the Kirby vacuum back to them, take the check, get these scammers off your back and out of your life.

Otherwise, the mess will become a cancer that metastasizes throughout your life, destroying your credit, and ruining your good mood.

Don't expect it all to go your way, but so far you appear to have beaten these crooks. So it costs you twenty bucks to ship their junk back to them via USPS or UPS, do it. Make sure you insure it, just in case.

Generally anytime you hear the name Kirby it is best to run the other way.
