    My question is that I have made kriyanama with man and his sister in law but the sister in law is not real owner as the property belongs to his husband who has passed away and she has a minor son of the passed husband for a shop on rent on the condition that rent e.g Rs 10000 p.a and will be increased by every four years by 5%.But now the case arise after 12 years by the minor who now is major that they he and his uncle have distributed the whole property and now he is the only owner of that shop He forced me to make new kriyanama as he was minor at the time of previous kriyanama and was under joint owners he and his uncle want to change the conditions as well like rent and so on so what to do in this situation
