i need to know what can be done about an out of state custody issue// my mother lives in nm and has custody of my 4 children, 3 are with her and me now in nm but my son is in a foster home in ar where he was living with my uncle untill the state took him on sept 19 2008,, my mother still has custody of my son but gave temporary custody to my uncle,, at the time that she gave temp. custody my aunt was staying at home with my son while my uncle was on the road, but he had some by pass surgeries that made it im possible for him to be on the road by himself any more, so my aunt was with my uncle when the stae took my son,,, how do we get him back with us? the satate is also trying to go after my mother for abondonment but have failed to notify her of any court cases
also my rights where never taken from me // i volantarily gave custody of my children to my mother until i could get on my feet/// i can not afford a lawyer at this time and court is in december or january
