Kid wants to be with his dad

I am 14 years old and my brothers and I want to live with our dad and his wife, because they are more caring, supportive, and for many other reasons . But, presently we live with our mom. All i am trying to figure out is how can we be able to live with my dad without going to court. Because that is realy tough on kids usualy.

That isn't possible without going to court. In order to change your living arrangements, your dad would have to file for a modification of the custody order in court.
