civil lawsuit from ending commercial rental agreement. Judgement entered now landlord says we owe more than the judgment on file. Do we have to pay more than what the judgment is filed n court records?

You are only required to pay what the judgment says you must pay.
Be smart, go to the courthouse and obtain a copy of the judgment, if you don't already have one.
If you ever decide to pay the judgment, pay only what is stated on the judgment, plus interest and fees, which is explained in the judgment.
 
You don't owe more unless the court says you do.
You should be able to make your payment through the court, not directly to the landlord.
 
I don't know how long ago the judgment was rendered against you but many judgments allow for interest to accrue on the judgment over the years. You will have to read the judgment to see exactly what it says re interest, fees, etc.
