My jurisdiction is: Butler County, Ohio
About two weeks ago I got a possession of marijuana charge (under 100gs). After an officer had asked me if I had anything illegal on me, I instantaneously handed him my marijuana. After my mom and I both signed papers, I was released. My court date is this Thursday. What consequences am I facing? Any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
